Key Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
Identify key market segments and implement targeted marketing initiatives to maximize reach and engagement.
Execute Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
Market Analysis and Research:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness.
Brand Management:
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the Thai market.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Event Management:
Plan and coordinate promotional events, seminars, webinars, and conferences to engage with target audiences and generate leads.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, including key metrics, campaign results, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles within the financial services industry or a similar sector.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages, both written and verbal, is required.
