Mô tả công việc

1.Brand Activation
•Manage and plan for events, on-trade activities for both B2B & B2C channels
•Create and manage customer journey to ensure the professional experience for customer via every single event.
•B2B Activities: Sponsorships, Partnerships or Collaborating Partnerships,...
•B2C Activities: Recruitmnent Booth Activation, Demo Days, Boutique Activations,...
2.Marketing performance tracking
•Generate report for B2B & B2C activities to improve event performance to reach target
•Establish and follow up Recruitment Booth Activities to improve the efficiency
•Follow up event flow to assure event efficiency (inc. staff verbalization, visual merchandise,...)
•Activation preparation and stock control
•Perform general administrative duties such as contract, vendor selection, payment request, documents etc. and other coordination duties
3. Alignment & approval
•Support with the internal Cross-function alignment
•Be in charge of internal approval forms & announcement emails

Yêu cầu

•Good communication skills in both English
•Has a good eye for details and customer behaviors
•Be insightful in reports
•Enthusiastic, proactive spirit & well-manner at work
•Multitasking & Result oriented
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Sheets preferable
•Willing to handle administrative matters
