Marketing Executive

Job Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following background: who have strong background in marketing and project management, who also have experience working for or with real estate agents:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field from a top-tier local or foreign university with stellar academic track record
• 2 - 6 years in a marketing role
• Obsessive about customers' needs and wants and passionate about meeting those needs through creative storytelling and strategic go-to-market approach.
• Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of our products
• Product launch - work with the operations, product and Marketing teams on the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation and tracking of the plan as well as ultimate success against defined OKRs.
• Successful track record of researching target markets, defining messaging, and executing product launch plans.
• Content - Work with Product team and sales team to craft interesting content to drive engagement with our services and to raise our market profile and credibility
• Market intelligence - supported by our insights, be an expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; and on our competition and how to maintain our leading market position. Experience leading strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across paid, social, SEO, content, email, web, and PR.
