Marketing Duties (30%)
1. Assist to coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute offline/online marketing activities effectively to maximize brand awareness and engagement.
2. Assist in the creation, development and updating of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials with focus on content/copywriting.
3. Consolidate and collaborate with relative internal partners for the most updated and prompt support on product information, brand & sale kits upon received request.
4. Assist the marketing team from planning to execution plan of trade shows, exhibitions, industry events and in-store brand activation.
5. Assist to create and implement social media campaigns to promote the company's brand and product developments.
Administrative Duties (30%)
6. Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes and handling correspondence.
7. Maintain organized filing systems for marketing materials, documents, and reports.
8. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external use.
9. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers along the production process of marketing materials and promotional items.
10. Assist in the coordination of events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics and promotional activities.
11. Control the implementation, usage and management of assets/ POSM in factories, outside the market to maximize investment efficiency.
12. Prepare PO, PR, contracts and payment process following company system.
Social Media - PR - Communication: 20%
13. Manage customer communication channels such as answering messages and reviews on platforms like social media, e-commerce official store.
14. Update latest news on websites and social media channels on a regular basis.
15. Update and edit content, images, and product information on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc. as guided by the Marketing team.
Data works: 10%
16. Provide the most updated, well-organized database of marketing information and materials on the shared drives given by the company.
17. Assist in collecting marketing information, market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
18. Study and evaluate market and competitive information & activities at some certain level.
19. Participate in projects or programs as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Open to try and apply new tools of photo and video editor to support daily marketing tasks: Canva, AI, Capcut, v.v...
- Basic understanding of
digital marketing principles and tools (e.g., social media, email marketing, etc) is a plus
- Basic to proficiency in Chinese/ Korean/ Japanese is a plus
