Build Ecommerce to grow and contribute sales to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations (60%) and Sales (40%) with key responsibilities:
- Organise and collaborate with KOL/KOC to produce engaging livestreams and videos review on TikTok.
- Be the brand's representative in negotiations with E-Commerce channels for promotional deals and visibility enhancements.
- Monitor and manage performance KPIs specific to E-Commerce channels to ensure growth and success.
- Oversee end-to-end operations process on E-Commerce channels (from order to delivery)
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address customer inquiries regarding returns, refunds, product information, and delivery timelines.
- Propose programs and plans to promote sales and implement business activities, setup Ecom promotion on Amis system and Ecom flatforms.
- Manage and update content, images, and descriptions of product groups on e-commerce platforms (work with
Brand managers and
designers).
- Manage advertising budgets of e-commerce platforms, monitor and optimize advertising campaigns, and optimize conversion rates.
- Handle finance reconciliation for platforms (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada)
- Forecast and manage stocks at all Ecom flatforms. Monitor and take action on aging stocks and low-performing SKUs to drive sales.
- Collect and analyze data related to market trends to have adaptive plans and maximize sales potential.
- Regularly update relevant changes in regulations and sales policies of e-commerce platforms.
- Daily reports and weekly and monthly reports on revenue and indicators on the platform.
Additional Duties:
-Perform other duties within the scope of expertise as requested by direct management.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Priority is given to those with a certificate in
Digital Marketing or E-commerce.
- Has 2 - 3 years of experience in operating e-commerce platforms, proficient in tools and features of the platform.
- Understands Ads, Traffic, sales conversion rates of e-commerce platforms
- Know how to plan EC channel sales including: sales policy, discount, MKT, operation, logistics, etc.
- Positive working attitude, hard-working, eager to learn, responsible, proactive and enthusiastic in work, has a desire to develop long-term in the field of e-commerce.
- Priority is given to candidates who always demonstrate outstanding commitment, innovation and customer orientation in work.
- Have good relationships with e-commerce platforms.
- Good planning, presentation and English skills
