The IMC Campaign Lead is the central orchestrator responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing comprehensive Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaigns within an in-house structure. This role ensures that all internal marketing efforts-including Digital, Traditional Media, PR, Content, and Activation-are seamlessly integrated and unified in message, tone, and visual identity to achieve defined business and marketing goals. The Supervisor drives cohesion across internal teams and ensures alignment with Global Marketing strategies and Offline Sales goals.
1. Strategy & Planning
Contribute to developing overall IMC/campaign strategies based on the direction from the
Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing.
Build detailed campaign plans, including proposed timelines, budgets, and channel mix.
Draft and finalize the Master Campaign Brief, ensuring clarity and alignment across all participating teams.
Conduct market, consumer behavior, and competitor research to identify insights and campaign opportunities.
2. Execution & Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (Social Content, KOL, Digital Media, E-commerce, Channel Marketing, PR) and Sales/Offline Retail partners to maintain consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Monitor the development of communication materials (videos, KV, banners, PR content, social content, etc.) and ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines.
Manage execution progress: track timelines, provide status updates, identify bottlenecks early, and coordinate solutions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
3. Budget & Global Alignment
Track and propose campaign budget allocation based on guidance from the Marketing Manager.
Ensure all campaign activities align with global marketing guidelines and support the preparation of required materials for global approvals when needed.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Collaborate with Digital/E-commerce/Brand teams to define KPIs for each channel and overall campaign KPIs.
Monitor performance data throughout the campaign and recommend optimization actions at each stage.
Consolidate post-campaign data, analyze performance, extract insights, and propose improvements for future campaigns.
5. Compliance & Risk
Ensure all communication activities comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
Support in building communication risk-response scenarios related to the campaign.
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business administration, International Relations or related background;
• At least 2-3 year of experience in related field;
• Excellent Writing, Presentation and Negotiation skills;
• Excellent English skill;
• Update trends, especially social, youth culture and mobile market trend; good sense of design
• Time management skills; can work under high pressure
• Sale-oriented, detail-oriented; result-oriented, can do attitude and positive thinking
