Product Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products (Hyra Bid, Digital Banking modules, AI/Web3).
Define product positioning, unique value propositions, and customer journey mapping.
Collaborate with Product/Tech teams to translate product features into clear marketing messages.
Digital Campaign Development & Execution
Lead multi-channel campaigns: Web2 social media, Web3 communities (Discord, Telegram), paid media, SEO, PR.
Drive digital banking/fintech adoption campaigns focusing on trust, user education, and conversion.
Manage product marketing channels: websites, landing pages, newsletters, blogs.
Market Research & User Insights
Conduct user research and analyze adoption behaviors in digital banking and Web3 ecosystems.
Build and maintain product analytics dashboards (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, on-chain analytics).
Provide data-driven growth strategies, pricing models, and incentive mechanisms (staking, referrals, rewards).
Product Launch & Growth
Own the end-to-end product launch process: pre-launch community build-up, beta testing, global launch campaigns.
Scale the early adopters community (builders, investors, traders, digital banking users).
Continuously optimize post-launch metrics: adoption, retention, revenue, and engagement.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with Product, Growth, UI/UX, and Tech teams.
Partner with CMCO and the executive team on strategic expansion plans.
Lead a small cross-functional marketing team (content, digital, design) to execute campaigns.
Yêu cầu
5+ years in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Banking Marketing.
Proven track record of launching products from 0 to 1 into the market (fintech, banking apps, or Web3 projectsDeep understanding of digital banking, payments, fintech, blockchain, and Web3 communities.
Demonstrated success in scaling user bases (tens of thousands+).
Skills
Strong expertise in GTM, growth funnels, and digital campaign management.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, on-chain data tools).
Excellent storytelling ability-translating complex features into user benefits.
Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred
Previous experience in fintech, digital banking, or Web3 startups.
Strong network within blockchain,
developer, or fintech communities.
Knowledge of tokenomics, staking mechanisms, and gamification models.
