1. Overall management:
- Responsible for planning and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to promote the brand.
- Responsible for annual marketing Budget Plan.
- Responsible for Branding Plan include positioning, target audiences, communication, etc and develop Campaign Plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Responsible for reporting of multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
- Responsible for building and training the team to execute the established plan.
- Responsible for establishing internal workflows and cross-departmental processes to ensure smooth operations.
2. Creative
- Manage of shooting & video producing for new collections; Look-books; mix & match; product image, etc to increase recognition and serve the Company's business activities.
- Responsible for Brand Guideline and ensure brand image consistency across all channels.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage of multi-channel digital activities to increase brand awareness, reach customers and promote business.
4. PR
- Build and check the implementation of a synchronized brand identity across the system.
- Implement PR and communication activities on internal and external media: Facebook, Instagram, company website, online newspapers, television, magazines, print newspapers, and other media publications to increase brand awareness.
- Plan and organize internal and external events of the Company.
- Plan and organize the implementation of communication activities for the Collection.
5. Trade Marketing
- Plan and organize incentive, promotion and discount activities to boost revenue for the Company's production and business activities.
- Plan and organize the implementation of incentive programs, customer care activities, dealer openings, showroom openings.
6. Customer care
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Develop and implement incentive and customer care programs to improve service quality and customer experience offline and online.
- Assign, guide, inspect and supervise hotline management work
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer rights.
Yêu cầu
University degree or higher in business, economics, marketing.
Good aesthetic sense, priority given to candidates with strengths in Branding, KOL, KOC media network.
Experience in implementing multi-channel marketing on online platforms and CRM implementation is an advantage.
Have 5 years or more experience in the marketing industry, hold the position of Marketing Manager for over 2 years, manage a team of 10 or more employees.
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the fashion, beauty industry or in organizations that sell luxury goods for women.
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Knowing English is an advantage.
Creative, sharp, good thinking, able to withstand high work pressure.
Have general knowledge of PR-Marketing, update new trends and breakthrough ideas.
