Marketing Manager

Location: Vietnam, fully on-site
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing growth across APAC, with a focus on Vietnam and Southeast Asia. This role works closely with both Marketing and Sales teams to drive business growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand awareness.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies and manage marketing budgets.
Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead generation and conversion.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for financial products.
Build local brand awareness through PR, media relations, and KOL/KOC management.
Monitor digital marketing performance (SEM, SEO, Social Media) and optimize ROI through data analysis.
Work closely with Product, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure marketing activities comply with local regulations.
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a management role.
Strong experience in the APAC market with a good understanding of different cultures.
Background in FinTech, Forex, Banking, Payments, or Internet Finance is preferred.
Sales-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Fluent in English; Russian, Vietnamese, or Indonesian is a plus.
Proficient in Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, data analysis, and report writing.
