Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support developing content plans on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube,... to enhance branding and sale campaigns.
Responsible for creating and managing daily social media posts including writing copy, preparing engaging banners/video.
Utilize content & edit videos on Capcut.
Staying up-to-date with beauty and digital marketing trends for continuous improvement and recommendation for adjustments.
Collaborating with multiple teams (Trading, CS, Supply Chain...) to manage social media activities including livestream, minigame, contest... of Store and E-store.
Facilitate utilizing data / insights to grow fanbase, improve engagement rate, convert fans to customers, increase traffic and eventually sales for Store and E-store.
Assisting with general administration and team-related tasks and reports.
Please note that this job description shall not cover all other responsibilities/ duties to be raised accordance to each Dept operation needs.
REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA in Marketing.
In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, beauty products is a high plus.
Basic Canva/Capcut skill.
Good problem-solving skill; Stress tolerance and Interpersonal skills.
Team player: able to work well with team members in a high pressure.
Initiative; Can-do attitude; Attention to detail and accuracy.
Take part in building a good culture for Team: helpful, honest, solitary.
Follow company policies and department KPIs.
BENEFITS
Benefit: 5.000.000 VND/month + 350.000 VND/month (Parking allowance)
Duration: 6 months.
Timeline: Monday - Friday (9h-18h)
