- Develop and implement marketing plans for F&B and HORECA channels aligned with business objectives
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Manage
digital marketing activities including social media, paid ads, content, etc.
- Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, menu launches, and in-store marketing activities
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to support
trade marketing and B2B/B2C initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales data; prepare reports and optimization proposals
- Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking within F&B/HORECA
- Manage marketing materials, POSM, and brand assets to ensure consistent brand identity
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and external partners
- Control marketing budgets and timelines for assigned projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, HORECA, Hospitality, or Retail
- Good understanding of F&B/HORECA market dynamics, customer behaviors, and trade marketing
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (Social Media, Ads, Content, Email/CRM)
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English (written and spoken) is a plus
