Key Responsibilities
● Data Operations
○ Assist in exporting, cleaning, and preparing customer data from Martech
platforms (e.g., mParticle, Netcore, Mixpanel).
○ Support data quality checks, tagging, and troubleshooting data flow
issues.
● Campaign Support
○ Help set up automation journeys (email, app push, SMS, Zalo, in-app
messaging).
○ Schedule and monitor campaigns; track key metrics such as open rate,
CTR, and conversions.
● Reporting & Documentation
○ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards for internal teams
and clients.
○ Contribute to user guides, training decks, and process documentation.
● Collaboration
○ Work with Consultants and Junior Specialists to understand project
requirements and timelines.

● Basics of segmentation, customer journey design, and data activation.

● Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Information
Systems, or related fields.
● Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; basic English for documentation and
communication.
