Job Purpose
Ensure the seamless flow of raw materials and components required for production while optimizing inventory levels, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing supply disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
Review blueprints and product specifications to accurately determine the number of materials needed.
Documents overall material needs, including all codes, brands, and contact information necessary to process orders.
Adjust amounts for existing inventory and orders of conventional sizes.
Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
Ensuring materials meet specifications, and quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
Other duties as assigned by the Planning Manager

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of working experience in Material planning fields in the industry environment.
Knowledge in the automotive industry - Production / Quality.
Awareness of IATF16949, supply chain management.
Proficient English.
