Monitor material availability for production and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely material supply.
Review material requirements and create Purchase Orders (PO) for mass production and transit materials in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate with subcontracting suppliers and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time material delivery.
Verify actual material requirements against the Bill of Materials (BOM), identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Design, Component, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams regarding material requests and
purchasing activities.
Monitor material receiving schedules, maintain accurate records in the ERP system, and prepare related reports.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting,
Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
From 1 year experience in material planning, purchasing, production planning, or project management in a manufacturing environment are preferred.
Conversational English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
