Material Supervisor (Newly Build Factory in Dong Nai)

The Material Supervisor will be responsible for guiding and organizing the framas material team. The job includes leading the material handling team, providing training and mentorship, setting goals and improve processes. The Material Supervisor is responsible for all kind of material processes, stock control, forecasting, 5S and safety. Having an extensive understanding in technical processes and open for innovation, especially in regards of digitalization as well as good English skills is crucial.



• Leading and managing the framas material team in office and on the shop floor, organizing the workflow and job distribution

• Planning and stock control of materials, masterbatches and pigments, responsibility of material availability for production

• Supervise in- and external material related logistic processes, follow, and implement company regulations and keep supplier relations

• Follow the framas strategy of digitalization, lead projects together with related departments and implement new processes

• Responsible for material waste management and implementation of sustainability improvements in material context

• Responsible for the control and quality assurance of incoming materials

• Organize and schedule trainings for the material team

• Planning, quality assurance and operation of three extrusion processes

• Prepare, implement and follow-up 5S and safety standards in the material areas
