Job Summary:
- Build and maintain 3D models (equipment, jigs, production line layout) for Digital Twin simulation.
- Use NVIDIA Omniverse / Isaac Sim to create virtual factory environments.
- Work closely with automation engineers to integrate robot path planning, PLC signals, and workflow logic into the digital simulation.
- Prepare rendering, animation, and visual materials for project reports and presentations.
- Participate in project reviews and ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality expectations.
Key responsibility:
- Ensure 3D models match the real equipment dimensions and structural accuracy.
- Manage and maintain 3D model versions and file organization standards.
- Perform collision detection, layout optimization, and workflow feasibility analysis via simulation.
- Provide simulation results and reports (cycle time / takt time analysis).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (ME/IE/Automation/PM) to support project execution.
Yêu cầu
Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above.
Experiences:
- Strong interest in Digital Twin, virtual factory simulation, and 3D modeling.
- Ability to work independently and convert engineering requirements into 3D models.
- Good communication skills and cross-team collaboration mindset.
- Familiar with version control or documentation management systems (Git/SVN/PLM or similar).
- Strong logical thinking and project self-management capability.
Required skills (one or more of the following):
- Experience with 3D modeling tools: Blender / FreeCAD / Fusion 360 / SolidWorks / Inventor / Onshape
- Knowledge of 3D rendering, animation, and texture/material handling
- Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse / Isaac Sim is a strong plus
- Ability to produce clean and optimized 3D models for simulation
- Must be able to create simulation-ready models (collision mesh / pivot / hierarchy). Experience with USD or Omniverse is a plus.
Nice to have (plus):
- Python scripting / USD pipeline experience
- Familiarity with ROS2 / robot simulation (UR, ABB, Fanuc, etc.)
- Understanding of automation or PLC system workflow
