Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer ($700, ID 19563):
Perform technical tasks with autonomy, proposing and developing effective solutions for complex engineering issues.
Design and update 3D vehicle models and 2D production drawings; prepare AutoCAD cutting files and secure necessary approvals.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety and engineering standards (Australian Standards and/or ISO).
Develop machine documentation, including operator manuals, maintenance manuals, and spare-parts manuals.
Manage assigned design projects to ensure they meet both timeline and technical requirements.
Design Hydraulic System, review and update hydraulic schematics, verify hydraulic component specifications, and create accurate mechanical and hydraulic BOMs.
Provide technical support to customers by resolving on-site machine issues when required.
Collaborate with internal departments to support engineering activities and prepare documents such as QC check sheets and work instructions.
Requirement
Male, Aged 25-35 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in equipment design; experience in mining or construction machinery design is an advantage.
Good command of English for communication.
Proficient in Inventor, AutoCAD, ANSYS, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).
