Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for the installation and commissioning of equipment in the region, strictly abiding by the procedures and regulations;
2. Responsible for debugging, verification of the on-site equipment of customers; Responsible for commissioning and verifying the customer's on-site equipment;
3. Responsible for handling after-sale problems, timely address them in terms of quantity and quality; Work according to the key performance indicators set by the regional manager, and complete the quantity and quality delivery of on-site equipment in accordance with the regional instructions.
4. Undertake KPIs from the Regional manager, complete the delivery of the on-site equipment in terms of quantity and quality according to the instructions from the region.
5. Responsible for after sales of the equipment and solving problems, handling problems requires signing of documents.
6. Complete work survey of the customer site within the region.
Yêu cầu
MUST HAVE
Language Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese (mandatory) and fluency in English (written& spoken).
Experience:
- 3+ years in mechanical commissioning of pharmaceutical equipment. - More than 3 years of experience in the field of mechanical commissioning of pharmaceutical equipment.

Electrical engineer: Familiar with programming and debugging of one or more PLC software of Siemens B&R, Mitsubishi or Schneider, familiar with programming and debugging upper computer software (WINCC, Proface touch screen, etc.); Ability to read electrical schematics, proficient in electrical work, local compliance professional certificate.
Soft Skills:
- Strong cross-cultural communication and proactive problem-solving, accountability.
