Mô tả công việc
• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical parts for humanoid robots, ensuring high precision, durability, and lightweight construction.
• Select appropriate actuators, bearings, gears, and materials to achieve desired performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with electrical and control engineers to integrate actuators and sensors within the joint system.
• Prototype, test, and refine mechanisms to ensure compliance with performance, safety, and reliability standards.
• Support manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring that designs are cost-effective and scalable.
• Conduct kinematic and dynamic analysis to improve joint performance and efficiency.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing mechanical components, preferably robotic joints or precision mechanisms.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) for mechanical design.
• Familiarity with actuation systems.
• Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping, machining.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes like CNC machining, injection, molding, casting.
• Knowledge of robotics standards and compliance requirements is an advantage.
