Be responsible for the assigned equipment group in terms of maintenance, repair, and improvement.
Analyze breakdowns (long downtime, recurring issues) to identify root causes, propose solutions and preventive actions, and report periodically to the direct supervisor.
Continuously seek improvement solutions to enhance equipment stability, efficiency, and safety.
Collect and update maintenance and repair data for analysis and continuous improvement.
Prepare and update technical documents and work instructions; support skill development for technicians.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and ensure production continuity.
Define spare parts requirements, monitor, and propose procurement to ensure availability for repair and replacement.
Be responsible for reducing maintenance and repair costs within the assigned equipment scope.
Set personal objectives and support supervisors in achieving departmental goals.
Make decisions and take responsibility for daily maintenance, repair, and improvement activities.
Perform other assigned tasks, including workshop-related activities.
Be empowered to make decisions within the assigned scope of work.
