• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Experience: 3-5 years in mechanical design or the automotive industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Materials Science.
• Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Autonomous, creative, pragmatic, strong communication, and problemsolving skills.
