Blade Marine Technologies is a company that makes new and advanced marine propulsion systems (boat engines). We have offices in Hong Kong and Nantong, and are owned by American and Australian partners. Our goal is to improve how boats move using smart, high-tech engineering.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our global team. You will work on developing the next generation of boat propulsion systems. This job offers both exciting technical work and teamwork with international colleagues.

Yêu cầu
Technical Requirements:
Essential:
• 5 or more years of experience in mechanical design
• Very good at using SolidWorks or NX (surface modeling skills are a big plus)
• strongly seeking experience with FEA using SolidWorks Simulation and CFD analysis
• Strong understanding of GD&T and how parts are manufactured
Strongly Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or precision machinery industries
Experience with Sheet metal, injection molding, and/or diecasting
Vast knowledge of fasteners, hardwares, adhesives, tapes, etc.
Experience in consumer electronics, industrial machinery
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with e-bike motors or similar systems
Basic English level required to communicate
