Mô tả công việc
- Design, implement, and optimize production processes on assembly lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Analyze the production line layout and determine the necessary equipment, tools, and support components.
- Monitor production KPIs and drive initiatives to improve OEE, cycle time, labor productivity and line efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Proposal a routine maintenance plan for assembly machinery and equipment.
- Ensure tools, jigs, and fixtures are always readily available and meet standards.
- Lead and facilities Kaizen events, 5S and other lean manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with the NPD team to deploy the new products.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and ergonomic guidelines.
- Mentor junior ME staff and provide training and development.
- Utilize the Tooling Management system of the Department.

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanic/Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a mechanic manufacturing or assembly plant environment.
Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Solidworks, ERP and MES.
- Thorough understanding of mechanical, transmission, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Mastery of technical drawings, mechanical standards, material strength and tolerances.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design jigs, fixtures, and assembly support tools to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
- Strong communication in English and collaboration skills.
Languages: Vietnamese (native) and English (fluent, both verbal and written).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a mechanic manufacturing or assembly plant environment.
