Mechanical Maintenance Manager

As a Mechanical Maintenance Manager at SeAH M&S, you will be responsible for overseeing construction-related tasks during the construction phase in Ho Chi Minh City and Phu My 3, as well as managing facilities during the operational phase at Phu My 3. This role calls for a dynamic professional who can ensure the maintenance and functionality of mechanical systems while collaborating effectively within our engineering team.
- Lead the mechanical maintenance team, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues and improve overall operations.
- Analyze maintenance data and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and procurement for maintenance supplies and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and technical skills.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance product quality and optimize production processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technologies.
During the factory construction period: VOV BUILDING, No. 7 NGUYỄN THỊ MINH KHAI, BẾN NGHÉ WARD, DISTRICT 1, HO CHI MINH CITY.
After the construction is completed, around September 2025, the work location will be: Lot F4, PHU MY 3 SPECIALIZED INDUSTRIAL PARK, PHUOC HOA WARD, PHU MY TOWN, BA RIA - VUNG TAU PROVINCE.
