JOB SUMMARY
Assurance the readiness of facility, machines, equipment for Production operation in safe, efficient manner and complied fully with local regulations & laws of health & safety
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Manufacturing Engineer (ME) team and provide technical support to production
Responsible for line balance/line layout/line stoppage following up
Verify manufacturing process flow, process routing and routing cost
Trouble shooting machines, fixture and others failure mode with related department Involve team meeting, discussion with stakeholders for topics Safety, Quality, Productivity
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, overhaul for PM Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction, Kaizen program
Monitor & control spare part, equipment and consumable level
This position will be based in SHTP Factory, District 9, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1,10,7,11,12,Hoc Moc, Go Vap, BInh Thanh, Thu Duc/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

Yêu cầu

Education
BS degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer from the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
4 years or above experience of Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Knowledge
Manufacturing, Poka Yoke, TPM, Digitalization
Functional Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills
- Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, can work independently with high pressure
- Fluency English communication skill
