Mô tả công việc
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (especially TikTok ads).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and improve ROAS
Develop campaign strategies by conducting market research, platform competitiveness & insights, and audience segmentation.
Manage budget allocations and bid strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Utilize A/B testing to optimize targeting audience, creatives, and landing pages for maximum performance.
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Constantly update media knowledge & innovative solutions from media platform to internal team & external stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
Level: Junior.
Detail-oriented, organized & capable of handling workload through timely response.
Knows well about analytics & real-time insights (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Trends, TikTok Livestream Analytics, etc.).
Strong in using data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
Proven presentation & communication skills with fluency in English (Spoken & written).
Hungry to learn & curious.
