Purpose of the role
The Media & Content Producer creates, manages, and distributes engaging multimedia content that strengthens TH Schools' brand presence, supports student admissions, and enhances communication with internal and external audiences. Responsible for producing high-quality media across video, photography, graphics, and copywriting, this role ensures that stories about TH Schools are told in compelling formats across both digital and offline channels. By combining creativity with technical expertise, the Media & Content Producer delivers impactful campaigns that resonate with parents, students, and the wider community.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Production
● Record, edit, and produce videos for school activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
● Capture photography for daily school life, events, and marketing materials.
● Develop creative assets (graphics, infographics, motion content) for social media and print.
2. Digital Media Management
● Ensure content (short-form video, stories, reels, carousels) is optimized for TH Schools' social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc..).
● Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
● Support website content updates and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Offline Media & Marketing Support
● Design and produce marketing materials (brochures, posters, flyers, banners, standees).
● Support event coverage and create highlight packages for admissions and PR purposes.
● Liaise with external vendors for printing, production, and media partnerships.
4. Collaboration & Compliance
● Work closely with the
Marketing Manager and Business Director (when required) to align content with campaign goals.
● Ensure bilingual (EN/VI) clarity and accessibility in all media.
● Uphold safeguarding, consent, and compliance standards in all content production.
● Report regularly to the Marketing Manager on content performance and upcoming projects.
