Mô tả công việc

Strategy for Offline media, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce:

Define the media strategy for the company, in close coordination with group colleagues and the media agency
Develop and implement a digital marketing agenda with a mid-term, 3 year horizon for PVM Vietnam
Define digital marketing priorities for all our brands in the field of digital advertising, social media, consumer data management and ecommerce
Support the brand teams to realize the annual budget for sales, marketing and advertising and ensure the total PVM contribution margin target set
Define the strategy of building the e-commerce business by specific targeting depending upon the platform and brand

Execution of Projects:

Formulate the media strategy of all the brands
Align media plans with pre aligned objectives with the brand and media agency
Formulate and execute digital marketing policies, plans and programs with regard to social media, digital advertising campaigns, digital media, effect measurement in order to realize growth objectives and to ensure the image and branding of the company
Maintain, Develop, optimize existing digital marketing touchpoints (websites, apps)
Define, align and develop brand campaign for the key international brands and organize project planning in close collaboration with the brand teams and designated agencies.
Manage the current (digital) creative agency portfolio and to build up a long term relation to protect the interest of Perfetti Van Melle
Keep a track of all the media spends in the company

Team & Budget management

Build, develop and monitor the capabilities not only of the brand team but also of the agencies
Build the Ecommerce capabilities of the organization

Yêu cầu

Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration with more than 4 yrs experience in digital marketing management. Prefer candidate with same experience in MNC companies
Performance driven team player with personality and the ability to drive change on both a strategic and operational level
Strong experience in the digital marketing processes, design and implementation of digital marketing campaign, advertising research and web-analytics
Strong analytic skills, a good understanding of the advertising/agency process and the ability to plan/measure and execute marketing campaigns and strategies. High level of personal organization
Strong understanding of product marketing and good experience in managing the marketing of a product and liaising within teams and external communications agencies
Experience with online marketing activities in various channels, such a social media, display, SEA, RTB and affiliate advertising
Good network in online marketing community
Strong people management skills
Excellent understanding of the English language (spoken and written)
