Duties and Responsibilities:
Media Research & Strategy Support
Assist in researching market trends, audience behavior, and competitor analysis to support media planning.
Help develop media plans across multiple channels, including social media, display, search, andvideo.
Support in defining target audience, key KPIs, and budget allocation for campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Assist in setting up and monitoring digital ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic networks.
Track ad performance metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.) and generate basic reports.
Support A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize ad effectiveness.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Assist in collecting and analyzing campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Business Center.
Prepare weekly and monthly media performance reports for internal reviews.
Support the team in evaluating insights and trends to refine future media strategies.
Coordination & Support Tasks
Work with creative teams to ensure that ad creatives and messaging align with the media strategy.
Assist in coordinating with media vendors, publishers, and advertising partners.
Stay updated with new advertising trends, emerging platforms, and media technologies.
Requirements:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business, or related fields.
Passionate about digital marketing, advertising, and media planning.
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and media planning concepts is a plus.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Sheets is a plus.
