Key Responsibilities:
Develop e-commerce performance marketing strategies and media plans with clear KPIs aligned with client's business objectives and targets: Client brief, Media/market and competitive tracking, Target audience digital habit, Digital role, Media implementation and activation ideas, Budget & KPIs,...
Work with Performance team to deployable quotations/budget allocation for media plans.
Represent the media team in delivering proposals and pitches to the account team and clients, providing clear answers to inquiries about media plans, quotations, and proposals.
Develop annual media plan, budget allocation and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI based on performance metrics
Proactively communicate and track approvals on a campaign or monthly basis with accounts/clients.
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirements:
At least 4+ years of experience in digital media planning and 1+ year of performance marketing execution, digital marketing execution, or a similar role.
Good understanding in Facebook Ad ( included CPAS ), Google Ad ( SEM, Performance Max, Display,...), TikTok Ad ( Livestream Ad, Product Ad, Video Shopping Ad), Onsite ad & Affiliate (E-commerce marketplace).
Understand of campaign setup, optimization and performance analysis.
Knowledge about performance metrics of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPC, CPL, CPO, ROAS, CIR,...)
Knowledge about GTM, GA4, other web analytics platforms.
Ability to quickly develop strong understanding of client's business, their products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives & needs, competitors and sales
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
