Media Production Specialist (Travel Content Creator)

Working location: Floor 5, 55 Ho Hao Hon, Cau Ong Lanh, HCMC.

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, a passion for photo and video production, and the ability to translate content briefs into practical production plans. You will travel to the luxury hotel, resorts, etc. in Vietnam and APAC for shooting and videographing.
You'll participate in content planning, pre-production setup, and on-site shoots while working alongside our Social Media team and senior Media Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan content and prepare production setups for client projects.
Create Moodboards, Production Briefs, Shot Lists, and key pre-production assets.
Execute photography, videography, and video editing directly.
Bring hands-on expertise in composition, lighting, framing, camera motion, and visual storytelling.
Handle on-set situations adaptively and collaborate smoothly across the production team.
Retouch images and edit videos in line with project requirements and brand guidelines.
Work alongside the Social Media team to align creative outputs with campaign goals and brand direction.
Keep pace with new visual, content, and tech trends-especially AI in creative production.
Requirements:
Experience producing social media content across multiple industries (hospitality, retail, F&B, lifestyle brands preferred).
Skilled in shooting and editing both images and short-form videos for digital use.
Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and trending content formats.
Ability to conceptualise and present creative ideas, including scene planning, copy suggestions, and music selection for video content.
Willingness to travel and work on-location at client sites.
Nice to have:
Proficient with content tools like CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, or similar.
