Job Description
Responsible for total cost management of projects delivering positive outcomes for our clients
Able to deliver full range of QS services from design stage to close out of projects
Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance
Quantity measurement, Cost planning, bill of quantities, VE (value engineering)
Procurement process from pre-qualification, tender document, PTE, tender assessment, contract document
To monitor and verifying VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account and attending project meetings.
Produce monthly cost report
Cost studies, market survey for commercial aspects
Familiar with contractors/subcontractors/suppliers from construction industries in Vietnam market
To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
Pro-actively interface with clients and other consultants, at all project stages
Qualifications
Qualifications in Civil Engineering/Construction Economics/Transportation
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Auto Cad, and other software related to QS services e.g CostX, BIM
Experience working on a range of projects across industry sectors particularly in public sector, mixed development, industrial, semiconductor, lifescience/pharma, data center, hi tech, infrastructure etc
4- 10 years experience in Cost Management
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Team player with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
