Mô tả công việc

1. Job Description: The following are the main tasks
- Prepare procurement requirements, subcontracts (RFQ) with Subcontractors and draft subcontract documents including bills of quantities, scope of work in coordination with the Construction and Design teams.
- Review Subcontractors' quotations, hold & attend meetings, negotiate and prepare comparison sheets to submit to Managers for review and approval.
- Be responsible for taking off quantity as per approved for construction drawings for work packages as planning.
- Request, review and negotiate Variation Orders with Subcontractors (IBOs) to prepare Variation Orders to Managers for review before submitting to the Employer (IBOs).
- Coordinate with Construction team to review and finalize actual work done at site; prepare Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) for each of Work Packages.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct Manager.

Yêu cầu

2. Requirements:
- University Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or related majors;
- Have at least 5 - 8 years experience in related positions.
- Have knowledge of Mall's & Complex Buildings bills of quantities, Design & Build project and ability to assess quotations in terms of value cost and quality.
- Have work experience with foreign companies (especially Japanese contractors) and construction site experience is an advantage
- Have intermediate negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate payments and variation orders with Sub-contractors.
- Have strong skills of Microsoft Excel & AutoCAD.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Good in communication, interpersonal skill, and good time management.
- Honest, hard-working and active.
