Role Description:
As an MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Report directly to the M&E Manager.
• Perform assigned duties within the required time frame.
• Assist in management of contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Attend Construction Coordination Meetings to discuss technical field matters.
• Monitor and inspect daily M&E activities, progress, and contractor manpower.
• Monitoring schedule compliance and managing project risks.
• Coordinating MEP contractors' activities to ensure the project remains on schedule.
• Prepare weekly/ daily site progress reports with site photos for submission to the client.
• Propose solutions for discrepancies or complex issues encountered by M&E contractors compared to
shop dawings or design.
• Review providing comments on method statements and shop drawing submissions from contractors.
• Conduct/ inspect testing and commissioning for Electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
• Performing other tasks as required by the project.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience for projects: Factory/Hotel/Villa/ High rise building....
• Had experience in supervision during the finishing stage of the project.
• Valid Supervision License - Class I or II.
• Able to communicate and make report effectively in English.
• Good knowledge of construction practices, and industry standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to use project management software (e.g., MS Project/AutoCAD).
• Ready to work away from home and work overtime as needed.
Salary: Negotiation
