MEP Engineering - Team Leader

igbc engineers Vietnam is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to lead our MEP team, oversee engineering projects, and drive technical excellence across multidisciplinary building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and manage a team of MEP engineers; allocate resources and conduct performance reviews.
Project Delivery: Oversee multiple MEP projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time, budget-compliant delivery.
Technical Oversight: Review and approve MEP designs, calculations, and specifications; solve complex engineering challenges.
Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC procedures and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Represent the company in client meetings, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
Innovation: Champion BIM/digital engineering initiatives and improve workflows.
Main Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 7+ years in MEP design + 3+ years leading engineering teams.
Technical Skills: Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems; proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM
Knowledge of German Standards is a plus.
