Mô tả công việc
- Supervise day-to-day on-site MEP installation activities-mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems for large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Coordinate with design teams, construction management, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure compliance with design drawings and local codes.
- Monitor and review subcontractor deliverables: shop drawings, material submittals, installation methods, and commissioning plans.
- Conduct regular inspections and punch‐list reviews; take corrective actions to meet quality, schedule, and safety targets.
- Participate in progress meetings, prepare MEP status reports, and highlight risks, delays, or budget variances.
- Support procurement of MEP equipment and spare parts; verify technical specifications and warranty documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements relevant to MEP works.
- Apply best practices and promote continuous improvement, including BIM/CAD coordination where necessary.
- Other related-task.
Yêu cầu
- Education level: Bachelor of Architecture-related engineer
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP construction supervision
- Proficient in using AutoCAD software
- English(Conversational Level) or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Japanese company.
