Mô tả công việc
- Design, develop, and review/check the designs/documentation of MEP systems of the projects.
- Provide technical advice/input/solution relevant to MEP systems.
- Complete design works for projects within your team.
- Mobilize and manage relevant project resources and related issues by the project plan.
- Manage, complete, and hand over a portion of multiple MEP projects related to infrastructure/construction projects. Follow the manager's instructions to ensure timely project completion within approved budgets on cost, and resources. Conform to all QMS requirements.
- Assist in making sure the project is profitable.
- Lead, manage, and develop MEP team of more than 6 people including coaching, training, utilizing,evaluating, and ensuring all team members follow the Company rules.
Yêu cầu
* Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- B.Sc. or above in either Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic Engineering or relevant.
- Minimum of 8 years post BSc qualification experience in designing and modelling including at least (2) years in project management.
- Sufficient knowledge of laws and regulations, building codes especially offshore regulations governing large construction projects.
- Sufficient general knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing techniques.
Specific knowledge about design and documentation related to his / her discipline.
- Understand project management methodologies, techniques, and concepts.
* Technical requirement
- Good at both drafting skill and designing skills.
- Information analysis & handling.
- Strong experience in the overall coordination work inside any project by the ability to read the other drawings/documents of the projects like Structure, Architecture & MEP.
- Checking and supervising the ability.
- Training/coaching and mentoring capacity.
* Software skills
- Design MEP Software and BIM Platforms such as at least one of (REVIT, AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD Plant 3D) & at least two of (ETAP, Amtech, Dia lux, Trace 700, Hap, MagiCAD, Navisworks, and Revizto).
* English skills
- Confident in communication with expatriates.
- Able to study English documents
