1. Customer Communication
Communicate with customers regarding products, orders, and services.
Provide daily/weekly updates on order status via email and reports.
Participate in customer meetings and send follow-up summaries.
Support customers during factory visits.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
2. Merchandising - Customer Side
Receive and review purchase orders (sampling & production).
Check tech packs (garment specs, fabric, labels, artwork, etc.).
Ensure all submissions (samples, fabrics, treatments) meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Receive customer comments and communicate them to the factory.
Prepare costing sheets, send FOB quotations, and negotiate pricing.
Monitor order progress and send weekly status reports to customers.
3. Merchandising - Factory Side
Process orders and coordinate with internal departments.
Calculate material consumption (fabric & trims).
Issue purchase orders and track raw material delivery.
Monitor treatments/CMP processes to meet the production timeline.
Coordinate with Production to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
Track sampling and production progress (PP samples, bulk, etc.).
Work with Warehouse, Packing, and Shipping teams to ensure on-time shipment.
4. Reporting & Support
Prepare weekly and monthly reports (order status, orders received, invoiced).
Support Senior
Merchandiser/Manager and perform other assigned tasks.
