Core Responsibilities
1. Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong communication with clients to understand their specific requirements, including design, quantity, quality, and delivery timelines.
2. Sampling: sample have to be developed according to customers instruction and requirements.Coordinate with
Developers to ensure samples follow Customer's specification and product's restriction, especially in product construction, manage and control samples and fit test.
3. Order Processing:
- Coordinate the processing of orders, including order confirmation, payment processing, and ensuring that all necessary details are documented accurately.
- Make sure Orders issued to suppliers were checked correctly based on Consumption and Stock recorded"
4. Supplier Management: Identify and collaborate with appropriate suppliers, including fabric providers, manufacturers, and subcontractors, to source materials and ensure timely production.
5. Production Planning:
- Create and manage production schedules to meet order deadlines. Monitor progress and address any production delays or quality issues.
- Review and confirm Material Request to Production: make sure materials are relaesed correctly based on Consumption."
6. Quality Control: Coordinate with QA to implement stringent quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.
Inspection should be done before shipping the product to the customer."
7. Cost Management: Instruct
Purchasing to negotiate pricing and cost terms with suppliers to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing for clients.
8. Timely Delivery: Ensure on-time delivery of shipments from suppliers and to clients by coordinating transportation logistics and monitoring shipping schedules.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, production reports, and shipment details to facilitate smooth operations and financial tracking.
10. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the garment production process, including quality concerns or delivery delays.
