Job Purpose
The Merchandisning Lead is responsible for leading brand in-stores visibility implementation & overseeing field execution ensuring proper POSM deployment, planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
This position plays a crucial role in driving in-store visibility and execution excellence and leads field team performance to deliver superior shopper experience and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee Field Execution
• Manage and supervise field merchandising activities across all retail touchpoints all brands
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of merchandisings plans
2. Visual Merchandising Standards
• Develop, monitor implement and enforce brand visual merchandising guidelines
• Conduct regular in-store audits to maintain consistency and quality of displays
3. Monitor Stock Levels In-Store
• Conduct frequent field visit & supervise reports on stock availability and highlight out-of-stocks situations to sale team via daily group update
• Make weekly reports of stock availability by stores, by chains and connect with sale team to ful-fill
4. Lead Implementation of Visibility Plans (POSM + Planogram)
• Lead end-to-end implementation of visibility plans, including POSM and planogram execution across stores.
• Ensure POSM materials are installed correctly, on time, and in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and support execution of in-store activations, including:
+ Booth / pop-up / event set-up and dismantling
+ Installation of activation POSM and visibility materials
+ On-site coordination during activation periods
• Work closely with
Trade Marketing Assistant, Sales, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of activation plans.
• Track execution issues and propose corrective actions to improve visibility impact and operational efficiency.
5. Visibility Compliance & Market Competition Tracking
• Track and make monthly report visibility in-stores compliance and provide feedbacks, actions to improve performance
• Provide regular updates on competitor activities and market trends
6. Leadership & Team Performance Management
• Lead and coach field merchandising team to achieve KPIs
• Monitor compliance with brand standards and operational process
7. Activation Logistics & Materials Management
• Coordinate logistics for POSM, stocks, and promotional gimmicks before, during, and after activations or events.
• Monitor in-out movement of POSM, samples, and gimmicks to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Ensure materials are delivered, installed, removed, and stored properly according to activation timelines.
• Flag risks related to logistics, stock shortages, or execution delays and escalate promptly.
a. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field
• Knowledge of merchandising, category management, retail operation
b. Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or supermarket environment, prefferably in beauty, personal care.
• Experience in FMCG/Retail is preferred
• Experience working in beauty or dermatology marketing is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail operations
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sale data, retail understanding and merchandising planning
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent leadership and team management
• Quick problem solver with strong coordination & communication/negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
• Team player, capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams (Trade, Sale, Marketing) and external agencies
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with merchandising software is a plus
• Fluency in English (both writen & spoken)
