Key Responsibilities
Digital Commerce Growth
• Support the development and execution of digital commerce growth plans across key online platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, customer acquisition, and sales performance.
• Monitor business performance and recommend actionable growth initiatives.
• Track market trends, platform developments, and competitive activities.
Affiliate & Creator Commerce
• Lead affiliate marketing initiatives across relevant platforms.
• Partner with agencies, creators, and platform teams to expand creator participation and commerce impact.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize investment effectiveness.
• Support the development of scalable creator-led commerce programs.
Creative & Content Planning and Execution
• Own creative and content planning and execution across digital commerce touchpoints to improve the performance of all selling channels.
• Translate consumer, channel, and performance insights into clear creative briefs and commerce content plans.
• Partner with internal teams, agencies, creators, and platform partners to deliver high-quality assets at speed.
• Evaluate creative effectiveness, identify winning formats, and drive continuous testing, learning, and optimization.
Performance Marketing
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across relevant channels.
• Work closely with agency partners to maximize business outcomes.
• Monitor acquisition, conversion, and return-on-investment metrics.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Agencies, and Platform Partners.
• Support planning, reporting, and business review processes.
• Drive strong execution across key business initiatives.
