MICE Consultant

Strategy
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key business partner contacts to develop further sales and business growth.
• Propose the appropriate level of services to B2B partners in line with their client's requirements, interests, budgets, etc.
Execute
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
• Develop creative event concepts and proposals tailored to meet client needs and objectives.
• Plan and execute all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, accommodation, transportation, catering, audiovisual requirements, and other event-specific arrangements.
• Manage event budgets, tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, suppliers, exhibitors, and event production teams, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee event setup, on-site operations, and post-event evaluations to ensure smooth event delivery and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong client relationships, addressing client queries, providing regular updates, and managing client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management and apply them to enhance event experiences.
• Lead the implementation of event management processes, standards, and quality control procedures to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance future event execution.
• Keep abreast of industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical practices related to event management.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote event services, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build professional relationships and stay updated on industry trends.
• Other tasks assigned by the MICE/General Manager.
