Role Summary:
Lead the digital transformation of critical business processes through Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Work with business stakeholders to map current state, design future operating models, implement MS 365 components (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, governance, security), ensure adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Construction/insolvency domain experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with senior management to define process transformation roadmap.
• Perform business/systems analysis: process mapping, gap analysis, requirements gathering.
• Design Microsoft 365 solutions: information architecture, governance, identity & access, security, compliance.
• Lead implementation or improvement of components: SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Flows), possibly integrations with other systems.
• Oversee adoption and change management: training, communication, user support, ensuring measurable adoption.
• Monitor performance, KPIs; optimize processes & solutions over time.
• Manage relationships with vendors/technical teams.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals/Power Platform Fundamentals (desirable)
• Proven experience (5-10 years) in business/systems analysis + digital transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Power Platform).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Change management or adoption experience.
• Experience in major construction/insolvency industries is preferred but not essential.
