Mô tả công việc
Develop and establish potential clients in need of Employer Branding, Recruitment Programs, and related recruitment solutions.
Analyze client needs, challenges, and objectives to outline appropriate solution directions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, bidding documents, and other related materials with the Project Team to finalize detailed content.
Professionally pitch solutions to clients, ensuring clear and persuasive communication.
Negotiate contract terms, including pricing and conditions, to reach mutual agreement with clients.
Finalize contracts and hand over complete project details, requirements, and client objectives to the Project Team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term collaboration opportunities.
Report project progress and client feedback to management while recommending improvements to processes if necessary.
Provide post-sale support and consultation to clients.

Yêu cầu
At least 2 years of experience in telesales or B2B sales, Account, Business Development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in pitching and persuading clients.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to professionally handle client inquiries and concerns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify and address client needs and challenges.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle client information accurately and on time.
Positive work attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork capabilities.

Quyền lợi
Fix Salary: 7M - 10M VND/month + Full coverage of 32% social insurance and any applicable personal income tax.
Total monthly income: 18M+ VND/month.
Commission: 4%-5,5% based on the value of implementation contracts or 7% for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) products.
Incentive Bonuses: Monthly, quarterly performance bonuses.
13th-month salary bonus.
Well-being: Monthly Kick-off for motivation and retreat.
Total monthly income: 18M+ VND/month.
