Mid/Sr Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master with a QA/QC background, you will be responsible for ensuring the Agile team operates efficiently while maintaining high-quality product standards. This role requires a strong combination of Scrum process management and deep expertise in software testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and optimize the Scrum process for Agile teams.
• Foster a productive work environment by removing impediments and supporting team sustainability.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Coach the team on Agile principles and self-management practices.
• Monitor project progress and ensure smooth collaboration among stakeholders.
• Ensure testing processes are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
• Guide and support the QA team in adopting modern testing methodologies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes in an Agile model.
• Collaborate with clients to support operations, testing, and acceptance processes, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on quality standards..

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong QA/Testing background with at least 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of Agile software development models (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in coaching Agile/QA teams.
• Experience in working directly with clients to support operations, testing, and final acceptance of deliverables.
