Mô tả công việc
Guide, coach, and mentor 2-3 Scrum teams to embrace Agile principles and practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions to enable high performance.
Collaborate with
Product Owners &
Engineering Manager to refine and manage the product backlog effectively (business & technical backlog).
Ensure continuous delivery of value by supporting teams in estimation, prioritization, and execution of work.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within and across teams.
Drive continuous improvement by tracking and analyzing Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) to optimize team performance.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles.
Support cross-team coordination, dependencies, and alignment to overall business objectives.
Promote a safe and inclusive environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
Yêu cầu
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a scaled Agile environment managing multiple teams.
Good understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams toward high performance.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred (big plus)
Language: Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
