-Contact directly with domestic customers to exchange requests or clarify customer requirements
-Perform analysis, design, offer solutions and document customer requirements
-Carry out the transfer of requests to the development team and clarify the business aspects throughout the development process required.

Yêu cầu
-Education background: Graduated from College or University majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
-At least 3 years work experiences business analysis
-Understanding of the software development process
-Good at writing SRS documents
-Understand UML for system modeling and tools used for design mockup
-Can go onsite
