1.Responsibilities

As a Senior Frontend Developer in our team, you will:

• Communicate with the Product Owner for requirements
• Develop client side of a website application with provided design
• Cooperate with Design team to deliver UI/UX of the website application
• Cooperate with QC/QA to ensure application's quality
• Cooperate with Backend developer to integrate backend services
• Collaborate with the team to analyze product needs and propose technical solutions
• Play as a team player that always puts colleagues ahead of yourself and has a highly adaptable and versatile approach to work
• Follow agile processes and ensure delivery on schedule with acceptable quality
• Compose technical documents regularly
• Track and analyze product issues, conduct troubleshooting and bug fixing.

2. Job requirement:

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade web applications
• Expert in ReactJS and state management (Redux, Context API, or similar)
• Strong understanding of SPA architecture, performance optimization, and responsive UI
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and version control (Git)
• Familiar with data structures and algorithms, with practical application in frontend work
• Able to write clean, maintainable, well-structured code and work well in cross-functional teams
• Comfortable owning features from design to release and contributing to technical decisions

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in TypeScript and scalable frontend architecture
• Experience with headless CMS (e.g. Sanity, Contentful)
• Familiar with frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Storybook, ESLint, etc.)
• Exposure to component libraries and design systems
• Strong eye for UI/UX, animation, and accessibility best practices
• Knowledge of web security (XSS, CSRF) and network protocols (HTTP, WebSocket)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and performance monitoring
• Experience working in Agile teams, using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Passion for mentorship, technical leadership, and driving best practices
• Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing, and feature flags
