The Job

Join the Aggregator Team, the backbone of KyberSwap's flagship product, driving $26 billions in volume across 15 chains and serving 2M users within the year of 2024. You'll build robust systems for liquidity aggregation, offering users with highly optimization in both speed and swap rate.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural decisions for designing backend services for robust, high-volume, multi-chain aggregation.
• Enable up-to-date integration with new liquidity protocols to ensure deep liquidity access and robust aggregation.
• Ensure fault tolerance, scalability, and low-latency for the platform.
• Optimize backend systems for performance and reliability and maintain service availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions for additional features.
• Own the system, stay ahead of industry trends, continuously learning and applying new technologies to improve the product.

Your Skills and Experience

Must have

• Strong 3+ years of backend design and development experience (Go, or similar).
• Experience with database and caching systems (SQL, Redis are preferred).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, to learn and adapt quickly to new things.
• Solid troubleshooting and optimization skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DeFi protocols or blockchain systems.
• Understanding of security best practices in backend development.
