Who We're Looking For:
● Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
● From 3 years of working experience in HR / Administration / Human Operations or other related roles with a strong focus on employee relations.
● High emotional intelligence with a people-first mindset and clear communication style.
● Trustworthy and aligned with leadership, with strong confidentiality and integrity.
● Capable of using data and insights to support decisions and improve HR practices.
● Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Working Schedule:
● Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (on-site).
● Official Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (on-site) (One Saturday off / month).
